Returns
You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Please note that some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
